Visit to The Hague

  • Date Published: 8th February 2017

I’ve just returned from a wonderful 3-day trip to The Hague – accompanied by illustrator Peter Utton – where we spent one day at the French Lycée Van Gogh, a second at the British School, and finally a morning signing books at the European Patent Office. We worked with children aged from 3-10, performing our stories, talking about how we collaborate, and doing some impromptu drawings. We were incredibly well looked after by Fanny and Marie of La Librarie Nomade for the whole of our stay, and were delighted to be joined at the last minute by publisher, Odile Josselin from Pastel, who is publishing our picture book, It’s the Troll!, in France and Belgium in October.
